Did you know: Adobo means "to marinate". A favorite seasoning across many different cultures, we present to you a Saltery favorite: a quintessential adobo marinade with our own original twist.

Use Adobo in meat marinades (chicken, fish, beef approved) or add to beans, stews, potatoes + sauces. Just the right blend of flake salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, oregano, turmeric + a touch of bay leaf for added depth.
